        This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.

        Check-In: 3:00 PM

        Check-Out: 10:00 AM

        Late Check-Out available: 1:00 PM, € 10.00

        Please note room rates do not include the local ‘Taxe de Sejour’ (daily city tourism tax). 

        Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 1 day in advance of your scheduled arrival date for full refund. 

        In the event of a no-show, the full amount of your accommodation will be charged to your credit card.

        If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred. For large reservations we may apply a 30% pre-charge.

        If you have contacted Villa Saint Exupery with an issue and have not received a satisfactory reply, or no reply within a delay of 60 days, you can follow up with the french mediating body for Tourism and Travel.
